![]() Like I said it pains me saying all of this but maybe my feedback will actually be appreciated and escalated to the right people to make a difference. Usually fresh, clean, companies willing to keep their customers happy and give them the services they want. Instead you get greedy and customers begin looking for company's like you used to be. It's funny how history repeats itself and company's run a good run with satisfied happy customers then realize they've cornered the market and some greedy executives want to squeeze every cent possible from there customers rather than keep them happy, loyal, and referring business to many others. ![]() I had no problem paying for what services I wanted but pressuring me to purchase services I don't want in order for your metrics to look better. I hope Avast hears my complaints along with many others who feel like Avast sold out. I can honestly say I've never had a complaint until recently when the adds got unbearable especially when I remembered I paid extra for no adds in the past along with extra services they provided. Ever since I've recommended Avast to just about every person I meet in need of antivirus. It pains me to say what I said because I have been with avast for years back when I built my first 64 bit win 98 PC and couldn't find a free antivirus until I stumbled upon Avast. Thank you Avast for forcing us to pay for your most expensive version which has extra's most of us will never use. Unno the one where you have to hit it just right or your taken off course to some stupid advertisement half of which look like spam to me just waiting to infect your device. I could only imagine how hard it is for disabled or senior users who may not have the dexterity of younger or healthier users who are barely able to navigate the teeny tiny little x way out of sight. The adds are so bad its almost impossible sometimes to get around them. Their decision to flood not just their free versions with adds, but the paid versions that I use on my Windows 10 PC my family's Android pads and phones. If Avast took this feature away from the new version then thats the last straw for me. I'm guessing it had to do with the major update coming into 2017 but I haven't been able to find anything on the web about it. ![]() The only other thing I can think of is a Java issue if this function requires it. My password vault is unlocked and I've double checked all the settings. I'm using Avast Internet Security version. Has anyone figured this out? I still can't get my password generator option to show up like it used to.
